Bullying, name-calling, and physical aggression will not be tolerated.● Students must listen attentively, participate respectfully in class, use inside voices, and follow directions when given.● Students are required to bring their own school supplies.● All worksheets, books, etc. must be handled with care.● Students should not bring valuable items to school, as staff cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Attendance & Punctuality● Students must arrive on time each day. Habitual tardiness may result in a parent meeting.● Students arriving early must not be left alone by parents.● Regular attendance is vital for academic progress. Planned absences should be communicated in advance.● Students must be picked up promptly.● Parents must pick up their child from inside and inform staff.
Uniform & Dress Code● Modest Islamic attire is required for all students.● Clothing should reflect Islamic values—no clothing with inappropriate images, language, or symbols.
Islamic Environment● Students will pray in jama‘ah daily and are expected to maintain proper adab during ṣalāh.● Qur’an and Islamic studies should be treated with the utmost respect.● Islamic manners, speech, and behavior are emphasized and reinforced in all interactions.
Electronic Devices● Personal electronics (phones, smartwatches, etc.) are not permitted during school hours.● Devices brought for any reason must be turned in to the front desk at the beginning of the day.
Food and Snacks● Pack a healthy lunch, snack and water bottle for your child each day.● All food brought to school must be zabīḥah ḥalāl.● Sharing food is discouraged due to allergy concerns.● Students are not allowed to eat during instruction.
Disciplinary Policy● Minor infractions will result in verbal reminders or written warnings.● Repeated or serious infractions may lead to a parent-teacher conference, suspension, or in rare cases, dismissal.● The goal of discipline is tarbiyah (character development), not punishment.
Cleanliness & Hygiene● Students are expected to maintain cleanliness in their clothing, bodies, and personal space.● Parents are encouraged to teach and reinforce basic hygiene at home, especially for wudu’, bathroom etiquette, and cleanliness during and after eating.
Communication & Parent Involvement● We believe in a strong partnership between home and school.● Concerns should be addressed respectfully and privately with the administration.
