School Admission Policies & Rules
To ensure the success and well-being of all students, the following policies must be upheld by students, parents, and staff:
General Conduct● Students are expected to show respect to teachers, staff, classmates, and school property at all times.● Kind and honest behavior is required. Bullying, name-calling, and physical aggression will not be tolerated.● Students must listen attentively, participate respectfully in class, and follow directions when given.
Attendance & Punctuality● Students must arrive on time each day. Habitual tardiness may result in a parent meeting.● Regular attendance is vital for academic progress. Planned absences should be communicated in advance.● Students must be picked up promptly.
Uniform & Dress Code● Modest Islamic attire is required for all students.● Uniform details and updates will be provided during enrollment.
Islamic Environment● Students will pray in jama‘ah daily and are expected to maintain proper adab during ṣalāh.● Qur’an and Islamic studies should be treated with the utmost respect.● Islamic manners, speech, and behavior are emphasized and reinforced in all interactions.
Electronic Devices● Personal electronics (phones, smartwatches, etc.) are not permitted during school hours.● Devices brought for any reason must be turned in to the front desk at the beginning of the day.
Food and Snacks● All food brought to school must be zabīḥah ḥalāl.● Sharing food is discouraged due to allergy concerns.● No gum is allowed on school premises.
Disciplinary Policy● Minor infractions will result in verbal reminders or written warnings.● Repeated or serious infractions may lead to a parent-teacher conference, suspension, or in rare cases, dismissal.● The goal of discipline is tarbiyah (character development), not punishment.
Cleanliness & Hygiene● Students are expected to maintain cleanliness in their clothing, bodies, and personal space.● Parents are encouraged to teach and reinforce basic hygiene at home, especially for wudū’, bathroom etiquette, and cleanliness during and after eating.
Communication & Parent Involvement● We believe in a strong partnership between home and school.● Regular updates will be shared via email or parent portal. Parents are encouraged to attend meetings and school events.● Concerns should be addressed respectfully and privately with the administration.
