About Our Learning CenterTop-Tier Academic Education While Preserving Iman & Character

Founded in Maryland in Ramadan 2025, Muslim Dreamers Learning Center aims to provide an alternative to public schools by offering a academically rigorous K–5 education rooted in Islamic values. In a world where Muslim children often struggle to balance academic growth with their Islamic identity in public schools, our center provides a balanced approach, nurturing future leaders deeply grounded in faith and prepared for contemporary challenges. Our vision is to develop confident, knowledgeable, and spiritually connected young Muslims who excel in both religious and worldly responsibilities, preparing them for success in faith and the modern world.
Muslim Dreamers Learning Center is a project of Muslim Dreamers, a registered 501(c)(3) religious non-profit organization founded in 2020, which serves as the children's education department of TheSunniWay.

FAQs

  • Is this a full-time school or a homeschool support center?

Muslim Dreamers is a homeschool supervision and learning center, but for students, it feels just like school. They attend full days with live instruction, build friendships with classmates, and take part in extracurricular activities and special events — all in a nurturing, faith-centered environment.

  • What ages/grades do you serve?

Our homeschool supervision program currently serves students in Kindergarten through Grade 5. We also offer other educational programs for students outside this age range and are working toward expanding into a full-service educational center — including daycare, Pre-K, middle school, and high school, in sha Allah, as our community grows.

  • Are carpool options available?

Yes! We understand transportation can be a challenge for families. We are working to coordinate community carpool groups and will help match families in nearby areas to share driving responsibilities. Sign-up forms for carpool coordination will be available during registration.

  • Can I visit the center before enrolling?

Absolutely! We encourage all interested parents to schedule a Discovery Day, take a tour, meet our staff, and observe the learning environment. This ensures a good fit for your family and child.

  • Is the curriculum accredited or approved?

Muslim Dreamers Learning Center is officially approved by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) as a Homeschool Supervision Facility. While homeschool programs in Maryland do not require traditional accreditation, our approval means we meet MSDE standards to oversee and support homeschooling families. We provide structured academic guidance, portfolio reviews, and ensure your child’s education complies with state homeschool laws.

  • Are meals and materials included in tuition?

Students are required to bring their own meals each day. They may also bring their own water bottles, although filtered water is available on site. We provide a wide range of classroom materials and extracurricular activities as part of the program. If any additional supplies or fees are required for specific projects or events, parents will be notified in advance.
